Clinic Records/Reception Clerk: Full-Time position is responsible for performing daily business office duties including, but are not limited to, maintaining and guarding the integrity of all medical records, properly filing medical documents in medical records, overseeing and/or completing the release of records, completing death certificates and monitoring fax machine for incoming reports. The Records/Reception Clerk is also to assist as necessary in the greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, assisting patients with billing and insurance questions, collecting proper payments from patients, answering the phone, assisting with payment entry and sorting mail, and other duties as assigned.
RN/LPN: Full-time and part-time positions in Nursing department and CS/ER department.
CNA/NA: Full-time and Part-time positions; varying hours with shift differential.
Clinic RN/LPN: Casual position
Ward Clerk/Secretary: Full-time position trained in specific clerical tasks/duties to assist the nursing staff in the completion of patient records and the overall organization of the Acute/Swingbed unit.
