Direct Care Positions

      Family Practice Physician or Internal Medicine practicing as Family Practice. 

      Call rotation is one day per week and every fourth weekend.  No Obstetrics.  Full benefit

      package including full dental and health insurance, 401K, $3,500 and 10 days CME, 4

      weeks vacation and 6 holidays per year.  The contract includes productivity bonus, and our

      providers have been successful meeting productivity.  We will consider offering assistance

      with relocation expenses and legal expenses for the H1B and J1 candidates.

      Central Supply/Emergency Room Technician.  Part time position, hours vary; shift

      differential.  Medical Assistant or EMT background preferred, but will train.  For more

     Chief Financial Officer

     Sisters of Mary of the Presentation Health System (SMPHS), a not-for-profit health care

     system, is currently seeking an experienced individual for the position of Chief Financial

     Officer for St. Andrew's Health Center.  St. Andrew's Health Center is located in Bottineau,

     ND and is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital with a 14 unit senior housing facility.

     The ideal candidate will be a proven, resultes-driven professional who possesses the

     interpersonal skills necessary to cultivate strong teams and facilitate effective relationships

     with board members, the medical staff, andt eh executive team.

     Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the selected individual will work with the CEO

     and Board of Directors to ensure the overall financial integrity of the organization.  The

     CFO will be responsible for financial analysis, planning and reporting, budgeting,

     reimbursement, and staff development.

    The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in finance, accouting or business

    administration with 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare organization.  A Certified Public

    Accountant is preferred.
