Community Resource Coordinator: (CRC)
SAHC offers a Caring Program to help those who are either under-insured or uninsured for assistance in paying medically necessary bills. Income level determines eligibility for the Caring Program. For more information, please contact our CRC at (701) 228-9385.
The CRC works with people to meet their needs whether medical or economical. The CRC can help find resources, like the Caring Program, or provide referrals to other programs to meet client needs. The CRC can assist with completing forms and applications for these programs. All information is kept confidential and services are free of charge.
